ANS 04 – Yes, we offer advanced cataract surgery, including laser-assisted procedures and premium intraocular lens options for improved vision. We offer an array of lens implants depending on the patients visual needs and lifestyle, and the overall health of the patient’s eyes. We offer monofocal, toric, extended depth of focus (EDOF), Bifocal and trifocal Intraocular lens implants.

ANS 05 – LASIK is a laser eye surgery that corrects refractive errors like nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism. You may be a good candidate if you are above 18, have stable vision, and have healthy corneas. Our specialists will perform a detailed evaluation to determine your suitability.

AN 06 – Yes, we offer glaucoma diagnosis and management, including medications, laser treatments, and surgical options to prevent vision loss. Complete diagnostic services are available at our hospital including Intraocular pressure measurement, Gonioscopy to view anterior chamber angles, OCT, Visual field examination by Perimetry, and Pachymetry

ANS 07 – Absolutely ! We have pediatric ophthalmologists who specialize in diagnosing and treating children’s eye problems, including squints, lazy eye (amblyopia), and refractive errors.

ANS 09 – We recommend booking an appointment to avoid long waiting times. However, walk-in patients are also welcome and will be attended. For consultation with Consultant Specialits it will be based on availability

ANS – 12 Yes, we provide home eye care services for patients who cannot visit the hospital. Please contact us for more information.

ANS 13 – Yes, we encourage second opinions for complex cases like cataracts, glaucoma, and retina conditions. You can book a consultation with our senior specialists.

ANS 14 : The admission procedure is very brief and completely “hassle-free”. Patients can avail option of having surgeries on the same day , given if it is possible,  The patient’s relative/escort  fills up the ‘Consent Form’ for admission, while the patient is administered necessary medical treatment.

ANS 16 :The mode of payment is only by Cash / UPI online Payments / Credit Card / Debit Cards (Visa or Master Cards).

ANS 18  : Yes, we do have the facility of Cashless Treatment Benefit which is subject to the condition the concerned TPA’s issues Letter of Approval to Suseela Netralaya Hospital. Please check with our front desk for details about coverage
and cashless treatment options. 

Yes, our Optical Store offers prescription glasses, contact lenses, and specialized low vision aids at a very reasonable price.

ANS 19 : Visitors passes are issued from the Reception Desk

ANS 20 : ONE visitor at a time is allowed

ANS 21 : Medicines Prescribed by our Doctors will be made available to Patients , However, certain other special Medicines , depending upon the need may have to be purchased from local Pharmacy .

ANS 22 : Yes , it is allowed . We also have Restaurants and Mess Canteens within a radius of 200 m of hospital vicinity .

ANS 23 : For the patients admitted in the Wards, information can be obtained from the treating Consultant and the concerned Medical Officer or from the Hospital Reception. 

ANS 24 : Yes, the hospital can provide  Emergency Care on request !

 ANS 25. Yes we do have for :

1) Diabetic retinopathy package 

2) Glaucoma workup 

ANS 26 : During a Day Care Surgery, the patient is not required to stay in the hospital overnight.

ANS 27 : Your consultant Doctor will make an entry for discharge on your case sheet. After this, the resident doctors 
prepare the discharge card. Then the file is sent to the Cashier / Reception for clearance, after which the final 
bill is prepared, taking into account all the advance deposit money paid and hospital charges . When the final 
bill is ready, payment has to be made at the counter immediately. This procedure may take only few minutes.

ANS 28 : The following documents are required for a refund:

0 I. Initial Advance amount paid bill (original) 
02..Receipts of all subsequent advance money, if paid any, and 
03. Check-out slip

ANS 29 : Your summary report or discharge card will be given to you by the nursing staff at the time of the discharge. In case there is a technical delay in the preparation of a discharge card , it will be mailed or posted to you within a week after the discharge from Hospital.
